Harley Davidson is leaving India at a time when the auto industry is seeing a low with a depressed market and consumer demand.

The point to note is that 95 of Indians cannot afford Harley-Davidson bikes and this was the single most important reason behind the failures of Harley-Davidson and success of Royal Enfield.
